Starting my sporting career at age 6, I began representing Antigua as a long distance runner and completed my first half marathon at age 9 barefoot.
By the time I was 15 I suffered a stress fracture to my hip which eventually after recovery lead me into the sport of triathlon where I competed as a junior. It was until after the birth of my daughter that I begun to make the switch to cycling.
After 3 years of racing I am now on the hunt for UCI points to qualify for the upcoming 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
