Our Recreational Program is designed to help lead athletes to an advanced level of gymnastics. Our athletes focus on developing strength, coordination, focus, and discipline. All through a fun and exciting level system.
Pre-Competitive
Thinking of trying something more advanced. We have options for you. Pre-competitive takes what you have learnt and pushes it to the next level. In Pre-Competitive we focus on more details of the skills. Don't want to compete not a problem, but is it your dream this is a stepping stone.
Competitive
We have multiple levels from our young Developmental program to our team, that range from level 1 all the way to level 9. Our competitive team follows the USA Junior Olympic program.

The golf course was reopened in 2000 after a period of reconstruction to the environmentally sensitive design specifications of Ron Kirby, one of the most respected and experienced golf course architects in the world. He redesigned the course to produce a fair, challenging and a pleasurable game for golfers of all levels of skill and competence.
The challenges, rewards and scenic views of the course encourage players of all abilities to play with determination to hone their skills while enjoying the company of friends amidst tropical surroundings.
The completely constructed 18 hole course opened to the public in 1977, as Antigua’s only 18-Hole championship Golf Course.
This beautiful par 70, 6,157 yds golf course lies amidst mature tropical trees, vistas on hills, and the Caribbean Sea provide an enjoyable, inspiring and very challenging Golf game. The golf club accommodates players of all skill levels; all within exciting breathtaking scenery that make it pleasant for a memorable golfing experience in Antigua, that even non-golfers can appreciate.
Also known as Waladli or Wadadli by the native population, is an island in the West Indies, in the Leeward Islands in the Caribbean region, the main island of the country of Antigua and Barbuda. Antigua means “ancient” in Spanish after an icon in Seville Cathedral, Santa Maria de la Antigua—St. Mary of the Old Cathedral. The name Waladli comes from the indigenous inhabitants and means approximately “our own”.
The island’s circumference is roughly 87 km (54 mi) and its area 281 km2 (108 sq mi). Its population was 80,161 (at the 2011 Census). The economy is mainly reliant on tourism, with the agricultural sector serving the domestic market.
The grass-root cricket academy has been living up to its name to teach children from the grass-root level and build them into world-beaters.
Grass Roots Cricket Academy, according to Benjamin, will provide youngsters with an opportunity to develop at their own pace with assistance from a number of instructors.
The Harmony Hall Yacht Club will be officially launched in December 2007 Some sailing legends have already been recruited and have agreed to become founding members: Dennis Conner, Russel Coutts, Shannon Falcone, Torben Grael, Mike Toppa and Poul-Richard Hoj-Jensen. The intention is to create a centre of excellent yacht racing. To this end, eight Dragons, ordered from Petticrows in the UK, the major Dragon Class builder, and with the ninth owned by Poul-Richard Hoj-Jensen himself will be used for fleet racing, with team, match and triple racing on the agenda as well. Russel Coutts, three times winner of the AmericaÕs Cup and Olympic Gold medalist in Finn will include the RC44Õs for an event to be staged in Nonsuch Bay. The Objective of this regatta would be a high profile, high quality sailing event in Antigua.
With Antigua already hosting such international events as Sailing Week and Classic Yacht Regatta through the Antigua Yacht Club, the addition of the Dragon World Cup in 2009/10 hosted by Harmony Hall Yacht Club will enhance the reputation of Antigua as a sailing centre of excellence.

The elegant clubhouse greets guests with arched windows and the sheer grace of classic Caribbean plantation architecture. The 20,000 square feet offers spatial locker rooms and other luxurious guest conveniences. The five star restaurant features a fusion of international and Caribbean cuisines that can be enjoyed in the casual al fresco comfort of with the added ambience of a soft tropical breeze as experienced on the expansive veranda overlooking the course.
The St. Lucia Golf Club offers perhaps the most challenging 18 holes of golf in the Caribbean. While this undulating par-71 only plays 6,685 yards off the Blues, the course attracts a USGA rating of 74.3, taking well into account the strong winds, numerous water hazards, fast greens and 16 out-of-bounds which we hope you will not encounter during your round. Our 20,000sq ft clubhouse is situated just 5 minutes from Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay, and within 30 minutes of any hotel north of Castries. Aside from the conveniences of a full driving range, golf carts and Callaway rental clubs/shoes, you will also enjoy the amenities of our drinks cart, well-stocked bar, pro shop and full service restaurant. Nature lovers will also be inspired by the natural splendor of the course and the wildlife that lives on it.
The late Dennis F. Nardoni, then President and CEO of Cap Estate St. Lucia Ltd. and major investor on St. Lucia was the man with the Vision. His busines interests and investment holdings were diverse and involved real estate developments, high end condominium developments, as well as hotels and restaurants throughout Illinois, Florida and the Caribbean.
In the late nineties, Dennis; a keen golfer, saw Cap Estate in its entirety and immediately decided that this area and St. Lucia were to play a major role in his future. He knew that with the right investment and development he could bring success to this area and create a lasting legacy.
His first accomplishment was the redesign of the St. Lucia Golf Course, turning nine (9) holes and 120 acres into an eighteen (18) hole championship golf course envied throughout the Caribbean golfing world.
